  • Salt- ½ teaspoon
  • Pineapple slices- 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour- 1 ½ cups
  • Cake flour- 6 tablespoons
  • Unsalted butter- 1 stick
  • Brown sugar- 1 cup
  • Ground almonds- 6 tablespoons
  • Baking powder- ¾ teaspoons
  • White sugar- 1 ¾ cups
  • Butter (unsalted) – 1 cup
  • Egg- 4
  • Vanilla Extract- ¾ teaspoon
  • Cream- ¾ cup

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees before start baking. Start the process of preparing caramel topping for the cake. In a pan blend the sugar and butter. Cook over medium heat to dissolve the sugar.
