This outcome-driven program gives you intensive training, hands-on knowledge, and skills accredited by the internationally renowned training academy, London Academy of Professional Training, UK. It helps students gain employment in the food industry as commis (Junior Chef) or assistant chef. Not only that, this accreditation gives budding baking entrepreneurs the exposure necessary to set up a food business to international standards.
The course duration is 350–400 hours depending on the class schedule. Classes are held four times a week, from Monday to Thursday, with each session starting at 10 am and ending at 5 pm. This schedule allows for comprehensive coverage of the course material, as well as ample time for practical exercises, discussions, and assessments.
Students must be a minimum of 16 years old and have passed the 10th standard from any education board.
This 3-month pastry chef program has all the elements to transform young amateurs into baking professionals. For 3 months, students go through extensive practical training under the guidance of experienced baking professionals, followed by another 6 months of job training in hotels. Weekly classes focus on both theory and practical skills to ensure complete learning.
