How to make a basic butter cake from starting?

Once you know about baking methods you can bake a cake easily. There are more recipes when you want to bake cakes. Here is the recipe to bake a sweet butter cream cake.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 ½ cups butter cream

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees before start baking. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Prepare the pans for baking, rub the bottoms and sides of the cake pans with a little butter, or baking spray. Flour the edges and bottom of the pan by using small amount of flour into the pan, then trembling and tapping to covering the bottom and edges of the pan with flour. Use parchment paper and cut it in round and use this to place into the bottom. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy.  Cream together for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the eggs, each at a time. Beat until the batter is very smooth and creamy. Adding the eggs, one at a time gives them a better chance at incorporating into a smooth batter. Batter the cake at room temperature.

Beat the salt, baking powder and flour. Add the mixed dry ingredients with the mixer running at minimum speed. Continue to mix until it is completely combined. Alternately add the milk and vanilla to the dry ingredients so the milk has a chance to be absorbed. Stream in the mix with the mixer until combined. Divide the batter between cake pans. Shake out the air bubbles from the pans. After mixing all the ingredients, bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, when the cake is golden, and pull away from the sides of the pan, then the cake is baked completely. After it baked, cool it for 15 minutes in the pan. After that you can decorate the cake and present it before your family.
